Easy Breather Pillow – NestDNG

Enjoy these wellness blends by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.

This will purify the air, eliminate odors, and boost the immune system.

Skin & Body
Easy Breather Pillow – NestDNG

Dilute 4-6 drops of the Deep Sleep Blends in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying it to the skin.

Massage any of these oil blends into the chest and back to relieve sinus congestion, coughing, and headaches.

Massage the into the bottom of the feet before bed to encourage restful sleep.  

Add 5-10 drops of any of these oils to a warm bath to soothe the body.

Add 5 drops of any of these oils to 1 cup of warm water for an antimicrobial gargle. 

Combine 1 cup of liquid castile soap and 50 drops of any of these oil blends in a dispensing bottle and blend well. Keep this bottle in the bathroom or kitchen and use it as an anti-bacterial hand wash.

To disinfect and remove odors, add 2-3 drops of any of these oils to dishwasher powder, laundry powder, and dishwashing liquid.

For an antimicrobial spray, combine 1 cup water, ½ cup witch hazel, 2 Tbsp pure vodka, and 30 drops of any of these oil blends in a spray bottle. Spray this onto hands, shopping carts, counters, floors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, door knobs, and wherever you might find germs.

To make a soothing room spray to kill germs, combine 1 cup water, ½ cup witch hazel, and 30 drops of any of the oil blends in a spray bottle. Shake well and mist the air as needed.
